How Do We Curb Mental Wellness and Health Issues? 

A new India is seeking success rather than failure. In a goal-oriented society, we are being seasoned towards a life where achievement matters. Hence, a small failure drags a youth towards depression.

Depression is like a spider web, slowly and intricately spreading its net inside our mindset. It treads furthermore. So we should break the shackles to ensure a healthy life.

The youth finds it tough to handle a balance between their career and the upcoming competitive world.

In India, the faulty educational system, predominantly based on marks rather than real talents, creates challenges for the young masses. The youth finds it tough to handle a balance between their career and the upcoming competitive world. They usually meet a clash between their demands and expectations.

Secondly, relationship hazard creates mental illness. Hence, the young generation is always dwindling under the pressure of life partners.

Live-in and long-distance relationships somehow strive towards troublesome relationships in the end. Next to that, loneliness is the seed of depression. Isolated beings always get most ill-affected by societal pressure. Being stranded in life from near and dear ones is the worst possible thing that leads to depression.

Somehow, expectations from life that fail lead us toward dejection. We never know what types of battles one is leading emotionally and psychologically. The inner turmoil often creates a void that leads a person to depression. In most cases, the person leading the battle against mental illness meets his tragic end because of not disclosing his mental traumatic stress and issues.

Depression is a silent killer which grips the patient with serious mental hazardous issues. How do we curb the menace? The solution to this crisis is to disclose the pressures. Nothing is more important than our life.

To heal and not ridicule the patients through proper counselling is the best possible solution. Psychological clinics and care for the person with depression are swelling in numbers. It is never too late for guidance.

We don’t know who is suffering from acute mental pressure. Creating different workshops for eradicating the taboos regarding mental illness will help curb the rate of suicidal deaths in our society.
